I have just found out I have fallen into the UA moustrap.

On January 13th I registered for MPE 006. Fly transatlantic and get 2 free tickets in Europe.

On January 24th I registered for MPD 006. Double miles for a limited period.

I waited for my two free ticket vouchers. They never came. I have now just been told that by registering for the double miles that is deemed as a superceding offer and since offers are not combinable then I don't get my tickets.

It is unbelievable. The Fly Transatlantic was a highly targeted offer for Europeans. As soon as I registered for the later offer I was NEVER going to be able to qualify. NEVER. They must have known most of us would register for both and I doubt they ended up giving most of the tickets away. I am absolutely fuming.

I am a UA Global Services........How the hell do we let them get away with such chicanery.
