Similar to the UA problem. - I had a series of flights on a AC paper ticket in June. The first and last sectors were on BD flights. One of the BD flights taken 17 June has not credited so far! Mailed ticket receipts and boarding card to the PO Box in YVR during first week in July.
BD is hit and miss. My BD segments ex-LHR seem to usually post alright. ex-everywhere else in their system (ok ok, GLA, EDI, MAN, BRU) seems to give me issues.
