Similar to the UA problem. - I had a series of flights on a AC paper ticket in June. The first and last sectors were on BD flights. One of the BD flights taken 17 June has not credited so far! Mailed ticket receipts and boarding card to the PO Box in YVR during first week in July. Over this weekend I made an e-enquiry to AP to confirm receipt of details. The reply received -
'Thank you for your e-mail.
Kindly note that outstanding mileage claims can take between 6 to 8 weeks to be credited.
