After researching the Krisflyer rules I found that all fares were eligable for miles except Q and a few others. I responded to SQ quoting the rules on their website.
If you have even one segment in GNVQ, the whole itinerary is ineligible for any mileage credit. End of story. All Star Alliance programs.
