A friend of mine recommended a travel agent who quoted as follows (expenses such as toll included but no a/c):
- Chennai to Pondicherry 80USD + 4.896% service tax
- Mahabalipuram to Chennai 40USD + 4.896% service tax

40USD surcharge if I request an a/c car.

I kind of think it's on the expensive side but it's just a hunch, not from experience. Does anyone have an opinion? Thanks.
