Plenty of TG bulkhead/exit row seats have a big entertainment control unit sticking out of the armrest as the traytables are stored inside the armrest. Very narrow and very uncomfortable.

Window exit seats may or may not have this - last time there wasn't one, and I was also able to rest my legs on the crew jumpseat right in front of me. Poor man's business class. (It was row 49 something on HS-TAT). Other than that' I haven't been on AB6 in Y as I tend to avoid them completely or pay for C.
