My partner has been booked on LIS-MAD-LHR flight yesterday leaving Lisbon at 10:30, but flight coming from MAD was expected to delay more than two hours. Check-in agent very kindly and without any requests made a rebooking for 11:40 direct BA flight LIS-LHR , has been checked-in by BA staff on the next counter and finally arrived London more than hour earlier than oryginally planned (ticket was on really chep fare 44 GBP+tax for return trip).
Reading some negative comments about IBERIA I must say that I used them personally in the past years on european / internal routes (last time FCO-MAD-LPA-MAD in C flights was really great) and never experienced delay more than 1 hour or baggage misshandling.
Yesterday's story confirmed that some of their staff is vey helpfull and customer-oriented. Thank you Iberia .
