Just to add a little info; runway 26R\08L is a CATII runway. While it's not an ILS approach, the lighting is adaquate to allow operations in all but the worst fog. I believe CATII allows for a 30m decision height or about 1000ft from the touchdown markers.

It also has CATII hold positions and boards.

The noise barrier is offset slightly so wouldn't interfere with a localizer if one was installed.
