I shall appreciate if somebody can guide me regarding the best seats on AB 300 Aircraft on Thai Air

Somebody is recommending the seats on the emergency Exit Row, whereas others are recommending seats towards the rear where the number of seats are reduced.
I have also read somewhere that the first row seats in the economy class are the best

As i am a first time traveller, please guide me

I am a tall person and the flight is nearly 4hrs and i am travelling with my wife to Bangkok
