I hear a lot of frustration from ASA pilots as well about the situations at various airports--they arrive and there are no rampers so they sit for an hour or more, or even more. Then this throws off the rest of the schedule, domino style. They reference a Brian La Breque who they say got a $850M bonus while managing this mismanagement. They suggest passengers voice their complaints to him. [email protected]
