Absolutly is. I was flew them for three months, twice a month round trips in and out of TLH. The nearest they came to on time was being one hour late. I really don't know how they can be called a "scheduled" air line, they ought to be a part 95 carrier, not a part 121. For ever after, I avoided they even to the extent of changing "days" of my trips.
