Help Pls, Getting from NRT to downtown Tokyo, fastest way???
Hi, need some help, it has been awhile since I have been to Tokyo and was wondering what is the fastest way to get to downtown. I need to get to the Westin which I think is by the water. Should I take a taxi or train. If train can I buy tickets day of and be fine??? How much???
