Seats wise, on the 744s, is not the best around (only 32" pitch) but IFE is fantastic. Meals wise, both flights offers Supper after takeoff and Breakfast before landing with various snacks served in the middle of the flight.
As for drinks wise, whether you get a whole can or just a cup will depends on the crew.
