If you have to go for one steak out in Sydney, make it Kingsley's King St. (Tucked away in an alley, in an old candle factory.)
Don't let anyone talk you into going to Prime (basement of the GPO). It's overpriced, the service is terrible, and the steak is mediocre.
Now this has caught my eye, or rather taste buds.

I love Australian beef. Im going to be spending several days in Brisbane and an evening in SYD (although I may get in too late for dinner, not sure) early next month. Does anyone have any good suggestions for Australian steak in those two cities, other than teh Kingsley's mentioned above? Thanks.
