Woolloomooloo NSW 2011 is fantastic.
There are four Kingsley's in Sydney - the original one on King Street, for me, is far and away the best. Nice old-world atmosphere, fantastic steaks. Second choice - Kingsley's Bridge Street. Nice private room upstairs for a large group. The Lime St. (King St. Wharf) location is too cold and loud, and the fourth one, that
hobarthoney mentions above, isn't even part of the same group. It's a nice place to go to be seen, and it has a little more emphasis on seafood as well.
If you have to go for one steak out in Sydney, make it Kingsley's King St. (Tucked away in an alley, in an old candle factory.)
Don't let anyone talk you into going to Prime (basement of the GPO). It's overpriced, the service is terrible, and the steak is mediocre.
