The lack of visability of Ticketless Funds is one of my pet peeves. Why a company cannot link to your RR# and show what is out there, with expiration dates is crazy!! Even when I called to find out what I had (to check my records), they took 5 minutes and even then missed one!!!

All the info is in the computer. How hard can it be to link with RR and show it?? And if the person has no RR#, then let those very few keep their own records.
