Fast Dine Trial

As you will all be aware, upcoming schedule changes around Shanghai and the second service to London will mean that we have two of our most highly visible flights leaving Auckland at midnight. As a result, we are keen to
introduce a Fast Dine concept for those passengers who are after something light and want to go straight to sleep.

The current working concept consists of a large garnished soup, large entree/salad, cheese board and bakery item delivered as one tray. A conventional supper service will be available for all other customers.

For the next two weeks this is being trialled as an option on NZ2.


Amenity Kits

The pre-departure offering of amenity items from trays adds to the high crew workload prior to takeoff. Therefore, amenity kits will be returning very soon. ^
