Websurvey when visiting klm.com
On two of my last visits to klm.com (Dutch site, English language) over the last couple of days I've been asked to fill out a websurvey about klm.com which supposedely gives me a chance to win 2 "free" tickets to New York.
At the end of the survey you are asked "If you have any suggestions for the KLM website, please use the section below to share your ideas with us."
Obviously nothing will come of any good suggestions, but it makes me feel a little better that KLM is at least pretending to listen. Just in case the survey goes on for a bit longer, maybe people could post their suggestions here so anyone else who runs across the survey can make the list as comprehensive as possible.
Today I entered the following:
-Booking classes *must* be shown while making a reservation;
-Show *all* fare rules in clear and concise language before a reservation has been finalized;
-Allow user to pick a more expensive class of travel (to earn 100% FB miles - better yet, get rid of all classes that don't earn 100% miles!);
-Allow tickets to be changed/cancelled online;
-Fix reward ticket booking engine (tax errors, available flights rarely show up, prices being quoted instead of miles);
-Allow seat selection while making a reservation. Accurate seat map must be shown at all stages, so different flights can be picked if no good seats are left;
-Get rid of rediculous booking fee for an on-line reservation;
-Allow redemption of coupons when making on-line reservations;
-Show all SkyTeam options when searching for flights, not just KLM/NW.
I'm sure there are many more, but I don't travel that often anymore so don't really use the website all that much.
