Oh, sorry only to the project team who set it up, I set up the NOC and support org as a supplier to BT - also made the first ever credit card transaction. Luckily for BT, the Goldfish online account showed instantly any debits - the billing system had been set up to charge 6p not £6 - unluckily for you lot we changed it to £6 straight away, and I had to expense £6.06!
