I agree and disagree

As a crazy airline food person, I agree that the snack menu can be more varied... but then since I am only the passenger having a food at 3:30am, lots of food will go to waste. I actually think a soup course should be added, as SanDiego1K said, or even a real Japanese noodle soup (no cup noodle crap). However, you can really make a meal out of it, as you can pretty much have every item in the menu... sushi appetizer, a nice salad, the salmon entree, fresh fruit, and petit fours. I have sushi, chicken salad, and petits four and the nice Japanese F/A asks "are you sure that is enough food? there are more..."

I actually think the breakfast menu can be changed a more "brunch" menu with a few lunch type appetizers and entrees... Well we are arriving at 5pm.

However, if you are a big eater, plesae have a heartier meal at the lounge, but then saved room for Dom Perignon, Lynch bages, and sushi, and most importantly, the petits fours.
