If you have not already purchased one the Samsung x497 is a very good Cingular flip-phone and it goes for about $50 on ebay used and I think up to $75 for a new or slightly used one.

No need to unlock, but it is usually sold that way.

Of course it is by people on contract that get it for free, but that is another story....
