I recently took a MCO-IAD flight on Ted where the beverage carts were not loaded nor were any snackboxes or snack mix, etc. The FA said it was due to weights and balance isssues but I doubt it. I figure catering screwed up. NOt an empty seat in the house so there were a lot of displeased passengers.

Anyway, I rarely contact UA to complain (and have even sent complimentary correspondence in the past) but was wondering if you feel this is worth bringing to their attention? Just curious.
