If it wasn't so sad it would almost be funny. For the past few years I come back to this board to see what's happening - did management wake up - are their best customers happy. For years I flew DL to Europe and the middle east - full fare First (great clients

) and yet going to our holiday home in Utah - with my wife - was downright painful. I had a boat load of upgrades - which could NOT be used for both of us. The boat load of upgrades sunk - and frankly I moved all my business to AA and a few others. My wife (kids, friends,associates)is always a welcome upgrade with AA.
I know this problem was 'fixed' several years ago however the problem was replaced by a new set of issues which I read about here year after year. I continue to hope for great changes with DL - so I'll look again next year. Good memories of great staff and service. Untill then - I'll enjoy the few DL flights I make each year and enjoy the free drinks (lifetime Crown room w/spouse - another happy purchase)in the Crown room.
