Thanks -- that's useful. You do indeed get to a prompt for "cancel OLCI" which is precisely what is needed. That's the good news. The bad news is that they route you directly back to the normal phone res queue!!! I ttook 15 minutes, but I finally did get a human to do the job. Whew!
