Well, it's been a long day already, but unless I'm blind, I do not see a phone number on the OLCI boarding passes to call for offload. (I do seem to recall that from long ago, but it's not there now). It does say "to cancel online, go to easy check-in online at united.com", but when I do that, I see no options for cancellation/offload.
