I tried for one hour (while doing something else); gave up. Called back 30 minutes later, held for 35 minutes, gave up. Wonder how you're supposed to cancel tickets that have no value if not cancelled by departure time, when they don't answer the phone -- send a registered letter?? Finally have to switch to CO instead -- I simply can't get UA, and can't offload my OLCI via the web, as far as I know....
