I'd ask the following:
-what is really going on with the FC in 321's
-how do they really value FFers, and what do they expect of someone to be treated as such
-why so dang many RJ's
-why no FC on the E70's
-do they actually do much with feedback from employees or customers
-what in the world were they thinking with the new website
-are there any plans for PIT or are they just ignoring the fact that shifting so much to PHL really looks like an unmittigated disaster
-do they pay much attention to the fact that so many active FF'ers seem to be decreasing their activity with US
-what magical formula is used that permits them to justify the loss of travel$ from FF'ers to be replaced by cheaper ticket once-a-year fliers
-are they aware of the fact that many east coast fliers have different expectations and travel patterns than many west coasters
-why do so many of their activities seem so reactionary, as opposed to making proactive changes
-do they really grasp the vision of what niche this airline is going to fill, or is still changing
I think that's about it for now!
