LONDON (AFX) - Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd said it has invested 5 mln eur to fund its share of the acquisition of land and first phase of development of the Amanmila Resort in Greece.
DCI is jointly developing the resort with three other equal partners: Aman Resorts, achitect John Heah, and Greek mining company S&B Industrial Minerals.
The Amanmila Resort, to be developed over 65 hectares of a virgin peninsula in the Cycladic islands, will have 40 rooms and 40 villas, it said.
Dolphin Capital Investors is a real estate investment company focused on the residential resort sector in Southeast Europe.
