Your point is well received; I probably should have used more moderated language.

As for my point, one needs to look no further than the Peace Hotel to get a sense of JinJiang's management abilities. The Peace occupies some of the most valuable real estate in China, yet its average room rates are consistently ~50% less than the prominent western hotels. In fact, numerous buyouts have been attempted (Starwood, Hilton, Accor, etc), but JinJiang has always refused to sell or outsource management, presumably as a matter of pride.
