YES, assuming you are in the Membership Rewards Classic scheme. You can either transfer them to your Priority Club account (2 for 1) and then to BA at the normal PC rates, or across to Starwood SPG (0.5 for 1) and then to BA. The SPG rate is better since PC devalued their rates.

However, the best deal IMHO is moving them to BMI, since the transfer rate is 1:1. The best you will get from BA via Starwood is 1 MR point = 0.5 BA Miles. Get Mrs Clubman a BMI Mastercard (20k bonus miles) and then transfer her Amex points - you should have enough for a redemption somewhere using 'cash and miles'.
