You'll need this extra software created by a third party, but RIM (makers of Blackberry) reached some kind of licensing agreement that allows it to be free for all Blackberry users. So with this you'll be set for syncing, it would appear. I have no firsthand knowledge of the software, but I read about PocketMac here and there and it seems to be regarded well enough.
