So, today I had to wait in line to get a new boarding pass because I left mine at home.

The MVP/FC line wasn't long, it was just slow. Really really slow.

Why? Because they were processing groups of lucky people going to Australia on award tickets or paid tickets on Qantas and they had lots of problems and questions.

Do you think from say 3 to 6 pm there should be a dedicated qantas/cx check at Seattle for all those lucky folks?
