Sorry, I wasnt clear. They do have a special as you say, or at least they did the two times ago when I was there. The last time I was there a friend was taking me out to lunch in Paris and I suggested Gagnaire because of the special. He decided that he wanted to instead get the 7 course or whatever, not E90 special for the two of us. More like E1000. That was not including the cognac and cigars after lunch. I offered to pay for those since I felt so bad about him spending that much. His own fault though, I did warn him. Fortunately he was so drunk by the time the bill came Im not sure it was fully appreciated.
