I've found AR's Y seating to have standard LCC pitch & width. Free Food & Drink service in Y (gasp!) was pleasant and palatable aided by attractive stewardesses. Couple with low loads on most of my flights a nice experience. Try flying any subcontinent carrier or LADE if you think AR is horrible.
