Pathetic treatment.

I wonder who makes these decisions. A few months ago, my ORD-LHR flight left 45 minutes late. Why? The captain said that he was waiting for ~20 connecting pax from another flight. We still, after the delay, got in early to LHR. That's customer service and nobody in F and C complained one iota about it before we took off.
