Beware in F! I requested a low cholestroel meal for my RT JFK/LHR in F and ended up deciding to decline it on both legs. Outbound I got my choice from the regular menu, and on the return I couldnot get my choice of appetizer. I was told since I ordered a special meal and declined it, the other passengers have priority in thier menu selections. Though I never saw what it actually looked like.
