My son and I will be in Tokyo end of July and will be staying in JW Marriott for one and half day.
Both of us want to experience the bullet train.

Is it possible to ride the bullet train from Tokyo to anywhere for 2-3 hours and come back?

This will be our first time in Tokyo.
