Unfortunatly it is British Airways corporate policy to remove all the Club, First, gold and silver desks from the regional airports. Its unpopular with the staff and the passangers alike.
Found the CW desk ok for the direct flight to JFK. However the laminated "fast track" card handed out by the agent to use at security check was of no value at all. Security guys (including the supervisor) claimed to have never seen such a thing before.
Not BA's fault I know but doesn't compare well with Fast Track over at T2 with CO to EWR
