We were warned about this through our corporate travel agent earlier in the year and this sort of tipped me over to *A/BMI/NZ for my flights to Fiji this year rather than BA/QF. BA basically wants everyone to use self service and OLCI and this isn't always easy when it comes to complex itineraries. I'm happy to do the self service thing when I've booked the flights myself but never for business travel (the mind simply boggles as to how our corporate TA makes things too complicated for OLCI).

At least with BMI I can still use the business class/*G check in.
