Long Haul - Vegetarian Lacto or Asian?

Up until now I have always ordered the Veggie Lacto, but I remember someone mentioned here in the past that the Asian Veggie meals are very good.
Can anyone advise?

If it helps, I am talking about LHR-SFO in F and back to LHR from LAX in J.
