Im in charge of building a forum, and I need to find a good admin and moderators for launch... and Im not sure how, can anybody give me some advice? Our forum is going to talk about some similar topics to flyertalk, as special promotions and airline travel are part of our website. I prefer not giving you the name of the forum, as my intention is not to "steal" members but truly just ask for advice, so dont ask me link.

questions are: how to find a good administrator, none of us have any experience in forums. Should we pay the admin, the moderators? if so how much? Any tips on how to get a good start, things to do?
