I agree that $0.02 per EQM is nowadays unrealistic, though in the off-season one can come pretty close with some transcons in the US. Out of Europe I would say $0.04 per EQM is excellent.

There are some CDG-IAD/ORD-GRU-GIG fares for ~$860 all in on UA. That's more mileage than your itinerary to Hawaii for a little over half the price. I haven't been able to find anything better out of Western Europe.

What tool do you use to price something like that out (i.e. multiple stops).
