I was wondering whether anyone has been to Kata Noi Beach in Phuket recently? I haven't been to HKT since 1998, so I don't know how it has changed... of course, in school we frequently had to watch this documentary on how the hotels dumped all their crap into the ocean, but I don't know whether they still practice that...
