The most infuriating thing was I held a reservation online, went in to give my certs the next day, and she still wanted to charge me the $15 service fee. Which she is NOT supposed to do when the reservation is made online. When I protested, she told me "go ticket-by-mail, you don't have to pay that way."
I think we are some of the few that will go to the airport to get the ticketing done, so we can secure our upgrades, rather than wait for ticket by mail.
