I thought it was pretty bad at IND since there is hardly anybody there that knows anything about ticketing anymore, but sounds like it isnt so bad. If the one person that knows how to do ticketing at IND is gone the agent just calls the help desk and they walk them through whatever they need. I always walk out of the place thinking if I was in Chicago this wouldnt be such an ordeal as the rookie agent always fumbles around for a while before they are brave enough to call the help desk (they hate to do it because they say the help desk treats them like idiots).
I try to use the RCC when possible...attitudes can be hit or miss there but I got time and my attitude can be hit and miss too.
