Some programs do not allow transfers, and even those that do (through amex or other) lose a lot of value in doing so. I just checked Web Flyer's (sister site) Mileage Converter, and it appears SK does not allow outward transfers.

What are you trying to achieve? You can redeem SK Eurobonus miles on awards including AC flights.
