If the arrival flight is on-time, you will be in the terminal by 11:20am. Boarding for the departing flight will be around 15 mins before departure at 12:35. That is 1:15 on the ground. Sounds to me like a 20 min helicopter ride might be able to be squeezed in if there is not a large queue of people wanting to go.

But be prepared for a last minute change of plans if the arriving flight is late. I guess you could always buy the T-Shirt at the airport terminal . Does the helicopter ride come with a T-Shirt that says "I Flew Uluru"?
