How long is your connection?? what is "too short"?
I flew cains - perth with a change of planes at Ayers.

The airport is tiny and easy to navagate.

The rock is less than 20 minutes away.

If you race you can get a private guide. I had a short layover and managed to hike around the rock.

feel free to PM for some further tips.

I was there in December and it was so hot. Now is a good time of year.
