Always at the first Canadian airport.
I know that there is the bus from South Terminal to Concourse D (did that during a stop at SEA Sunday) and the subway, but the stop at Terminal B is closed
The bus shuttle between S and C2 was discontinued this spring (1 march 2006 IIRC). One has to take the people mover. Budget about 10 minutes for this.
The main terminal/B satellite shuttle goes in a loop now but still no stop at B concourse.
Note: I do think you (may) have to clear security before you exit the customs area (if you are not connecting). A little while back, barriers were installed to make the last car of the people mover for international arriving passengers only so they didn't have to reclear security to exit. I haven't seen that barrier used my last few trips through S satellite.
