I've stayed there many times. I quite like it as it's relatively quiet for a London hotel and their service is usually pretty good. Rooms aren't very big though but their room rates aren't bad. It's close to the tube and some decent restaurants. I've never actually eaten in the hotel though so can't tell you how the food is there.
